1. About Aurum Girls

4. Booking Enquiries

For an accurate availability check, clients should provide:

  • The required date and starting time
  • The requested duration
  • The general London area
  • Incall or outcall preference
  • The hotel name or location for an outcall
  • Any couples, DUO, party, outfit or other special request

Availability can change at short notice. Statements such as “available today” are informational and do not create a reservation.

5. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

  1. The companion’s availability has been checked;
  2. The date, time, duration and booking format have been agreed;
  3. The complete rate and applicable supplements have been stated;
  4. Any required deposit has been explained;
  5. The client has accepted the written booking details; and
  6. Aurum Girls has issued written confirmation.

Clients should not travel to an incall location or prepare for an outcall until confirmation has been received. An unanswered message, provisional discussion or payment sent without approval does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

6. Rates, Included Preferences and Supplements

Unless stated otherwise, all published prices are in pounds sterling.

Each profile may display:

  • Standard rates: the published price for the stated duration and booking format.
  • Included preferences: options explicitly marked as included within the applicable standard rate.
  • Published supplements: additional charges that must be added to the standard rate.
  • Unpriced listed preferences: options that may be discussed but are not automatically included or free.

The complete price may also depend on travel, location, late hours, short notice, appointment length, additional guests, a second companion, special preparation or another agreed requirement.

The client must review and accept the complete quote before confirmation. No additional option should be introduced as a surprise during the appointment.

7. Payments

Depending on the booking, payment may be accepted by cash, bank transfer or a selected secure digital method. The approved method, recipient, amount and payment timing will be confirmed in writing.

Clients should not send money to an unconfirmed person, telephone number or payment account. Aurum Girls is not responsible for payments voluntarily sent to impersonators or unapproved third parties when the client has not followed the written confirmation process.

Any payment made directly to an independent companion may be subject to separate arrangements confirmed with that companion.

8. Deposits

A deposit may be requested for:

  • Hotel and longer-distance outcalls
  • Late-night or peak-time appointments
  • Longer appointments, dinner dates or overnight bookings
  • Couples or DUO arrangements
  • Special outfits, preparation or other bespoke requirements

Before payment, the client will be told the deposit amount, recipient, purpose and applicable cancellation conditions.

If a client cancels, any amount retained will take account of reasonable costs and losses resulting from the cancellation and will not exceed what is permitted by law. These Terms do not impose a blanket “non-refundable in every circumstance” policy.

9. Cancellations, Changes and Statutory Rights

Clients should provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or changing a booking. Rescheduling remains subject to the companion’s availability and may require a new or transferred deposit.

The cancellation conditions applicable to a particular appointment will be provided before confirmation. Relevant factors may include the notice supplied, travel already undertaken, time reserved, preparation completed and reasonable costs incurred.

Bookings are commonly arranged remotely for a specified date and time. Statutory cancellation rules may apply differently depending on the circumstances and the nature and timing of the service. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where required by law, Aurum Girls will provide applicable cancellation information and obtain an express request before beginning performance within a statutory cancellation period.

10. Cancellation or Changes by Aurum Girls or a Companion

Unexpected illness, transport problems, emergencies or other circumstances may prevent a booking from proceeding as planned.

If the selected companion becomes unavailable, Aurum Girls may offer:

  • A suitable alternative companion;
  • A different starting time;
  • A rescheduled appointment; or
  • A refund of a deposit received by Aurum Girls for the unavailable booking, where appropriate.

The client is not required to accept a substitute. Any refund will be handled in accordance with the circumstances, applicable law and the payment recipient.

11. Late Arrival, Duration and Extensions

Clients should arrive or be ready at the confirmed time. A late client may receive a shorter appointment if extending the finishing time would affect another commitment.

If a companion or the agency causes a material delay, the parties should agree on an appropriate adjustment, later finish or alternative arrangement where reasonably possible.

An extension is not automatic. It requires the companion’s agreement, schedule availability and confirmation of the additional rate before the original appointment finishes.

12. Incall Appointments

Incall appointments take place at the confirmed private location associated with the selected profile. The precise address and arrival instructions are supplied only after confirmation.

Clients must:

  • Keep the address and access instructions confidential;
  • Attend alone unless another adult guest has been approved;
  • Follow the stated arrival procedure;
  • Avoid disturbing neighbours, staff or other residents; and
  • Leave promptly at the agreed finishing time.

Unauthorised guests, recording equipment or attempts to share a private address may result in immediate cancellation.

13. Hotel and Private-Residence Outcall

Outcall appointments may be arranged at suitable hotels and private residences, subject to the companion’s agreement, travel requirements and safe access.

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing the correct hotel name, address and room information;
  • Checking the venue’s visitor and registration rules;
  • Meeting the companion in reception when required;
  • Providing a safe, clean and private environment;
  • Covering agreed tickets, venue costs or transport expenses; and
  • Ensuring that no unauthorised person is present.

A companion will not be required to bypass hotel security or enter an unsafe or unsuitable location.

14. Couples, DUO and Additional Guests

Couples, DUO and multi-person arrangements must be disclosed and approved before confirmation. Every participant must be an adult, understand the proposed arrangement and provide free and continuing consent.

An additional guest must never be introduced as a surprise. Failure to disclose another participant may result in cancellation without the appointment proceeding.

DUO availability also depends on the compatibility and schedules of both companions. The complete combined rate and supplements will be confirmed in advance.

15. Conduct, Consent and Boundaries

Every appointment is consent-led. A profile listing or advance discussion does not remove anyone’s right to decline, change or stop an interaction.

Clients must not:

  • Use pressure, threats, deception, harassment or violence;
  • Ignore a stated boundary or refusal;
  • Take photographs, video or audio recordings without explicit permission;
  • Bring weapons or illegal substances;
  • Attend while dangerously intoxicated;
  • Disclose private addresses or personal information; or
  • Request unlawful conduct.

Unsafe, abusive or seriously disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate termination of the appointment. Where the client is at fault, reasonable charges or deposit consequences may apply subject to applicable law.

16. Health, Hygiene and Safety

Clients and companions should maintain good hygiene and postpone the appointment if they are unwell or may present a health risk.

No profile, website statement or booking communication constitutes medical advice or guarantees the absence of health risks. Each participant remains responsible for making informed, consensual decisions.

17. Privacy and Personal Data

Aurum Girls may process limited personal information to answer enquiries, coordinate bookings, manage payments, prevent fraud, protect safety and respond to complaints. Personal information is handled in accordance with the published Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law.

Clients must not misuse, publish or share personal information relating to a companion, staff member or private location.

Aurum Girls will:

  • Provide a clear channel for submitting the complaint;

Individuals may also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

18. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, videos, branding, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to Aurum Girls unless stated otherwise.

Content must not be copied, scraped, downloaded, republished, altered, sold or used commercially without written permission. This restriction does not affect lawful rights that cannot be excluded.

Unauthorised use of a companion’s photographs, personal information or profile content may also violate her individual rights.

19. Website Availability and External Services

21. Complaints

If a booking or agency interaction falls below the expected standard, contact Aurum Girls promptly with:

  • The booking date and approximate time;
  • The companion’s name;
  • A clear description of the concern; and
  • The resolution you are requesting.

22. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the website, booking procedures or applicable law. The latest version and revision date will be published on this page.

Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that already apply to a confirmed booking.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings in another court where applicable.
